Nokia:N900 Software Update PR 1.1

The new software release for the Nokia N900 has a lot of fixes in it but it also contains new features such as exchange 2003 support, Hutchison SIM cards are now supported.

During the Maemo summit today there was several news regarding Maemo 6 that Nokia hinted at during the event. Some stuff that they revealed to look forward to was landscape and portrait support, capacitive touchscreens,multitouch also there is a concept photo how the UI could possibly look like.
Maemo 6 will probably be out late 2010 or early 2011 and there is sometime before we can enjoy this new Maemo version.

Nokia have officially announced the Qt port to Maemo 5 and you can check out the full press release bellow.

Developers will be able to target the Nokia N900 and upcoming Maemo and Symbian devices.
