Here is a video showing off the new how to steps for the Iphone 3.1 jailbroken firmware and as you can see it’s currently only on mac but a Windows version will follow.
If you can’t follow the video i will have a version up how to jailbreak the phone on our forum later here , but for now you can use the translated version which you can find here
